Investment in a controlled environment

Our "Total Molding Process System" gives us accurate control of all major services for the complete molding area. Water cooling systems, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems, Temperature regulation, Gas assist equipment, and drying and recycling material system controls have all been installed in our facility.

We have invested in many new injection mold machines, to allow us to sample in presses as close to the customer's press size as possible.

Every tool is sampled at least once. Tooling with textured surface finish is sampled before and after texturing.
